Can't find what you need? A real person replies within one business day.
Contact usHow long does shipping take, and what does it cost?
We ship within the United States only for now. Orders leave us in 1–2 business days and then take 3–7 business days to arrive, so plan on 4–9 business days in total. Shipping is free on orders over $50 and $8 below that. See our shipping policy.
Can I return or exchange an item?
Our full return and exchange terms are in our refund policy. If anything arrives damaged or not as described, contact us and we'll make it right.
How do I choose the right size?
Clothing sizes are listed by height in cm with the matching age range, for example 90 (12–24M). Shoes are listed by insole length in cm. Open the size guide on each product page, and if you're unsure, message us with your child's age and height.
Where can I find materials and care instructions?
Materials, dimensions and care notes are listed in each product's description. If something you need isn't there, ask us before you order and we'll check for you.
Can I send an order as a gift?
Yes. Enter the recipient's US address at checkout and add a message in the order note in your cart.
